Nokia 928 - clicking sound when Music app is paused on phone calls

I convinced my girlfriend to purchase a Nokia 928 running Windows Phone 8. She is mostly happy with it, but we do notice one annoying quirk. If she has started the Music app, then suspends it to take a call, she hears a "click, click, click" in the background. If she powers off the phone (effectively killing the Music app) then places or receives a call there is no problem. Crystal clear. If she starts up the Music app then takes a call the clicking is back.

We tried swapping phones (I have a Nokia 920) and I heard it. She walked far away from any wireless connections and interference from our home, the problem persists.

Any ideas? I want her to keep this phone and WP 8.

Is this clicking sound only happening on the 928, or does the 920 also make this clicking sound?
