Manually load GDR2 instead of reset?

Is this possible? I see a bug with the screen going unresponsive on my less than 48hr old 928. My wife got her 928 Friday and had not seen this. I find it odd that it would go south this fast. Though maybe a fresh install like the PC would do the trick. Or is this just im fingering my new phone too much?

Ok never never mind! Dev account and GDR3! Wow what an improvement. WP8 started out bad and has gone to perfection!
