Using the 928 w/Tmo cant get Visual VM to work

I gave my wife my unlocked 920 (which i had VVM working just fine) and now cant get it to "work" on the 928. I just get a service error when I try to activate it.

I have copied all my APN settings from the 920, what else do I need to do

did you setup voicemail first? i mean calling your number first.

Wait, a 928 will run on TMO?

I'm using it since July. But you don't get LTE it's either because of different band or Verizon blocked. Oh yeah also SMS problems (I HAD this problem) but this week I got dozen sms'..maybe solved, not sure

Strangly enough VVM started working........followed by now having SMS error and the earpiece went out.........
