    It disables the vibration on all three buttons, in case you don't like the vibration you can now turn it off. Just a option. I turned it off on all three of my phones

    A prompt will appear for you to reboot your Windows Phone when changing this setting. You must reboot for it to take effect.

    Just restart, like pressing start button and phone asks if you want to shut down and then after that you start phone again.

    Damn. when I restart the phone at the 1st time, the option that disable vibration appeared. When restarting the 2nd time, the Option disappeared.
