[L928 unlocked] No phone to PC connection?

I have Nokia Lumia 928 Verizon, but it is unlocked, and I am using this phone in Serbia

The problem is that I can't connect the phone with my PC. I have installed Windows 7 Home Premium and windows cant find drivers for my phone !

What should I do ?

If you have connected your phone before I would recommend removing any drivers (found in Device Manger) and any cable drivers (found in Programs) that are currently installed.

After removal restart your computer.

Make sure you have an internet connection and connect your phone to the computer in a powered on, unlocked state. The drivers will take some time to install so don't think it's something that happens right away.
