My wife has had her Nokia 928 for over 2 years and performed flawlessly. Then, about a week ago, the "default camera app" died and Verizon Tech support provided a "refurbished replacement". I backed up the old 928, as it was still fully functional - except for the camera app - and, I had done several "Nokia BACKUPS including all apps, settings, etc.". In fact, about a year ago, there was a hardware problem and I got a refurbished 928 and RESTORED to a one day old Backup.
This time ... the Verizon technician ... walked me through the "restore" and this time there was ONLY a Dec 12, 2014 and Dec 4, 2014 "backups to choose from".
So, I have NOT "factory reset" the old 928 ... how do I force the "new 928" to restore back to a few days ago with the "old 928"?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
