    Because I have trouble accepting something working well as it is, I decided to move from .164 to .318 on my 928 last night. Now, I can't get cellular data to work. I rebooted...factory reset...nothing has helped. Anybody here experience the same problem and manage to wiggle out of it? If not, I'll move back to 8.1 and not fret much more about it. Thanks.

    Sorry about that. After you did hard reset, did you restore the backup? If so try not restoring any backup. I know its a pain but this might actually work.

    Have you checked "Internet APN" under SIM settings.

    Otherwise populate it with the values from "APN settings" under Settings-->Extras --> Access point.

    I started fresh, did not restore from backup. In fact, I have not yet signed in to Microsoft. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi at work so I'm not totally dead in the water.

    I fiddled with APN settings, no luck there either.

    Just gonna go back to 8.1 when I get home from work today. Serves me right to "upgrade" something which was working swell.
