Hard time believing 930 is merely a global ICON

Nokia has always pushed windows phone's limits...
-When windows phone added 1280 x 720 and 1280 x 768 resolutions, Nokia used them for flagship 920
-when wp brought the choice to set default camera app, nokia brought the nokia camera app
-when they added support for 3rd tile, 1080p and snapdragon 800s, then came the 1520 and the icon

what i mean is ...Nokia can and probably will use the full power of windows phone 8.1 with the 930

The 1520 would gave sold a lot better if it was smaller than 6". I played with it and can deal with the size but I can understand it being too big for others

I disagree. One of the reasons why I bought the 1520 over the 1020 is the size. There's something with this big screen and a lot of people who see my phone seems to want a 1520. It is Nokia's and Microsoft's (for WP) marketing moves and strategies that suck and lead to poor selling of their flagship phones. You can buy the 1320, 925, 820 and even the budget phones 520 and 625 WITH CONTRACT on our country, but not the 1520 nor the 1020!

...with more color options and WP8.1. Hopefully it doesn't get raped/altered/watered down when it comes to AT&T. The 1520 was a disappointment when they slashed the memory in half and took out the built-in Qi wireless charging.

It's not coming to AT&T (or any U.S. carrier besides the Icon already on Verizon) according to Nokia.

Not sure why people are so sure it'll be a 4.5" display. For every rumor stating that, there are others saying it'll be 5". Even one site reporting 5.2".
