Windows Phone alarm / my commute suggestion

Hi

Anyone else in the UK get woken up this morning by the alarm on the phone & then told to go to work by my commute as Windows Phone 8.1 doesn't seem to know it's a bank holiday here in the UK?

It would be nice if say the day before a bank / public holiday a pop up asked if you still wanted the alarm to wake you at normal time next morning to go to work or stay silent as you had the day of.

I think that is pure laziness.
Personally I like waking up early only to realize there's no work and then go back under the sheets.
