Serious USB Storage problems.

I have a bit of a trouble with my Lumia 930 for second time (First time I fixed this issue with hard reset.) my phone wont show any files (It does show folder structure, but no files) when connected to a computer via USB (The files are normally visible in phone (gallery, docs, file manager etc.)).
And sometimes when I want to play a music track it comes up with a message that the "music can not be played right now" and I need to restart device to make it work (for a few minutes.)). It seems that there is something wrong with the file system, is there any way to fix it..do NOT tell me I have to do hard reset again and copy everything back... My WP experience is not so good recently and i have a feeling that WP is less and less stable with every update (Good ol WP7.)
