How to put Lumia 930 in test mode with Nokia Care Suite?

I have installed Nokia Care Suite and open the Product Support Tool For Store 5, connected my lumia 930 and selected the test mode, but I receive an error message that says: "Cannot locate proper test mode package for RM-1045 (from 0 available)". When i connect my lumia 920 everything is fine, the problem is with lumia 930. Can anyone help what to do?

your probably on update 1, it does not work with that only 8.1

Is there maybe an updated version that would work with RM 1045? I have a Lumia 930 and would also like to tun the test mode to see if it can tell me anything about the front microphone problems I am having.

I haven't gotten anywhere with this. Will probably revisit next week.

I was having the same problem with my 930 and test mode, after much searching I found a way.

At the very end of the webpage it explains how to get it working, I tried it my self and it works like a charm.

Hi guys, could anyone please share the downloaded "test mode package" for Lumia 930 (RM-1045)? My L930 has proximity sensor problem and I'd like to calibrate to make it works again

I have tried the Google translated solution from userw10 but looks like the data on the server is changed so it cannot load the correct test mode package even it's logged in to online mode. :unhappysweat:

If you have downloaded the "test mode package" previously, it's probably located at "C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products", thank you

You can download Lumia Phone Test Application from here and make all the tests if you want
