Lumia 930 time jumps forward 13 min after recapturing cell service

My the time on my Lumia 830 and my wife's 1020 phone will jump forward 13 minutes (or so) after dropped cell service is picked up in Cuba, New Mexico. The time will not reset to the correct time, even after restarting the phone in any location. I can manually set the time, however that causes difficulty with text messages and email. The only way to reset the time automatically is to restore the phone from a backup.

Anyone have a similar experience or know how to correct this without restoring the phone?

Perhaps you can turn off the setting to automatically set the time? Because it sounds like it's correcting itself to the "correct" time given to it by the network.

Maybe even something's up with your service provider.
