How to delete items using computer

I recently downloaded windows 10 beta on lumia 930 but it soon bricked my phone. I then tried to use the recovery tool to roll it back to windows 8.1 but it said their was a lack of storage. How am i suppose to create the adequate amount of storage without actually accessing my phone to delete it?
(I also tried to use the windows phone app, but that does not accept windows 10)

Try the hard button reset.
