Why hasn't my Lumia 930 received the Denim update?

Lumia 930 still not receiving Denim update

Hi, recently got Lumia 930 in UAE and tried tens of time to update software from Cyan to Denim. Nothing happening. Manufacturer Name: RM-1045_1003. Mobile Operator 000_GB. Need help to update to Denim as i read somewhere that windows 10 could only be loaded if phone is running Denim update.

Depending on when you bought it then is should already have Denim on it.

Its not pre-loaded. I visited one retail outlet and a Microsoft guy there said windows 10 would come to the phone OTA anyways. Should i trust him?

WM10 will release OTA when it's ready sometime in December. Denim should be available today via OTA or through Windows Device Recovery Tool.
