I have a Lumia 930 and can't backup, it keeps saying there was a problem. What do I do?

I have a lumia 930 and cant backup, it keeps saying there was a problem

I have tried several times always with the same result, I have tried all the other suggestions posted, but I saw one that said delete old backup data from OneDrive solved the problem, how to I delete the old data from OneDrive, there doesn't seem to be a folder of backup data, unless I am missing something obvious.
Any help would be appreciated!

Ok, i'll reply to my own post as I wasn't logged in for the question above. I have solved my own problem, the backups are not on onedrive per say, but you delete them from your phone in the backup menu. I have done that turned the phone off and on and hey presto, it now backs up everything.
