Reinstalling W10 on my Lumia 930

Hello,

I want to have a clean start with my Lumia 930.

If I do a factory reset, I will got to W8.1?
If I do an update - will it download install W10?
What about my apps?
Photos, videos, contacts?

Anything else to be concerned about?

Anyone done this specifically on a 930? Pros/Cons?

Lol Imma leave you alone after this one..

If you're currently on w10 and you perform a hard reset/factory reset, you will remain on w10. So you won't be downgraded to 8.1 just by doing a hard reset.

If you use the windows device recovery tool to reset the device, it will most likely downgrade you to 8.1

The recovery tool is the only thing that can downgrade you.

If your data is backed up (settings) you can restore from a backup, but it's best to just start over
