Cell Data failure after latest fast ring build

After installing the latest fast ring, my t-mobile data connection has gone down to E. No longer usable.
I had the SIM issue from previous build, so I have restored original install and am upgrading. It is still an issue with win 8.1 however.
My sim is fine in my android, and I tried another tmobile phone sim and it fails too. So its the phone, or tmobile is blocking it. (trying to find an att phone around here to test)

What happened? Has anyone else experienced this issue? I bought this phone specifically to play with 10 since my 920 was no longer supported.

Hi , could you please tell us your exact OS build under settings>about>more info

The current build for Windows 10 Mobile Redstone 2 is 14936.1000 which was aimed to fix this issue. If you are on the current build, do a hard reset as this was the only way out ,when this bug was initially discovered.

yes hard reset is the only way... you could search it up on how to do it
