Have you tried photosynth? It's a photo app that stitches a sequence of pics together, though you can't use existing images.

if you want an easy program to create an HDR image from these pictures, use Photomatix. Then you could do editing work in Photoshop.

Fantasia Painter (Free)... it has a function to render any picture to HDR. ... well not pure HDR, more like HDR-like
The results are OK if you're not fussy. The other downside is the file-size of the saved photos is reduced
