Instructions for Replacing Digitizer/Screen?

Mr Butterfingers dropped his phone and cracked the screen :crying:. I see one seller on epay that sells a replacement, but I cannot find any instructions online. I suspect the screen 'pops off', but before I DROP $200 for a screen I'd like to know what I'm getting myself into.

Has anybody replaced theirs yet?

Sorry buddy, but I have even looked for tear down videos for the Icon, and so far nothing. I will keep looking, and if I find anything I will post a link. As a man who has tested gravity repeatedly with his smartphones, I so feel your pain.

OH MAN, THAT SUX.........this is why I always opt in for the insurance plan. Just ditched Verizon's insurance, and ponied up the extra 100$ for Microsoft store warranty, which I believe to be no ?'s asked, full in store replacement of the phone, not a refurbished one.
