I'm not really sure if this is the right place to put this or not, but after trolling the Verizon Wireless Community Forums I've found that there is a petition for the release of Windows Phone 8.1 and Cyan. Yea, I signed it too but, Knowing people have done this in the past (Android updates) and Verizon never even would look at them nor, even say they looked at it..

At this point, I just hope something works and they release the darn thing...

The best petition is to leave the carrier. I was on Verizon for 12 years but just didn't see any commitment to WP. Stop giving them your business. I've been on AT&T for the past three years and have never been happier. Good luck.
