Why aren't my Icon lock/power button and volume buttons working?

Icon lock/power button and volume buttons don't work

I recently dropped my icon and cracked the screen and I got it replaced, but the power button and volume button don't work anymore and I can only unlock it by putting it on the charger, does anyone know what the problem might be so I can get it fixed?

Sounds like it wasn't replaced correctly.
Can you enable 'double tap screen' to wake (Settings > touch)?

Even though your old screen was cracked, did the power and volume buttons work.
