Icon keeps dying during reset, stuck in loop

I updated to windows 10 mobile and proceeded to do a hard reset, well my icon died during the reset and is now in an infinite loop where it charges enough to turn on then tries to do the reset before dying and starting the cycle over again.

Is there any way to stop my icon from turning on while charging? Or any other way to fix this? I'm really not trying to have to switch back to my 822.

My icon can't get enough charge to turn on long enough for the recovery tool either, it automatically turns on without enough battery to finish anything.

How powerful is your charger? Is it at least 1a or 2a? If not then you need to hook it to a more powerful charger so that the charging keeps up with battery drain.
