Streaming Xbox music on icon

I have a question, sorry if it's stupid. I ordered an icon which I'm still waiting for. I take lots of photos and have around 50gb of music. Obviously can't put all of it on the device so I was probably gunna stream my music sine OneDrive is now integrated. Does anybody know if streaming music absolutely kills your data? I only have 6gb with Verizon. I had unlimited with T-Mobile before so this is new to me. Thanks!

Each music file is probably 3-4mb in size so it doesn't take long to add up. Be sure to pin Data Sense to you start screen and set it to 6gb and the day it resets (not always the same as your bill due date).
