[ICON] Won't connect to mobile data on custom apn?

Hey guys,

So I haven an unlocked Lumia icon running the most recent version of windows 10 technical preview. on 8.1 everything runs fine but on 10 I can add a custom apn but I get no data connection. Tried on Bell and Telus in Canada. Anyone else seeing this issue?. I've done 2 hard resets and still no luck

figured it out. restored to 8.1 clean and upgraded from scatch

I'm having this same issue - so it just worked for you when you rolled back to 8.1 and reinstalled w10 preview?
