I believe that after my contract expires, my plan will continue as long as I pay for it right? I don't want to renew my contract but wants to stay on plan for as long as I want using unlocked phones. Now the question is, will I be able to put my plan on hold for, say, 2 months because I'll be out of the country and then resume payments after I come back? Or wll they deactivate my plan for good once I stop paying?

Thanks!

After your contract expires, you are automatically on a month to month. You are free to leave at any time. To put your plan on hold, you should be able to do that. I think that it is like $10 a month. You just need to call customer service and inquire about it. Once you come back, you can just start your same plan up again.
