Air conditioner?

Hi, I am thinking to buy portable air conditioner or window air conditioner. I found on that a better portable because price, easy install and I can move from one room to the other room. But I am worried about cooling performance.

We all know that air conditioning is an absolute must during summer months. Does anyone know of a brand of window air conditioners in the 5,000 to 6,500 BTU range that runs really, really quiet?
