Anyone here interested in comic books? I have collected comic books, primarily X-Men books, for approximately 30 years and I am considering switching from paper to digital through Comixology. I like digital comics because they are immediate, easily accessible and do not take up space in my house. My biggest concern with going digital is no longer supporting my local comic book store and interacting with the staff, discussing comics and getting their recommendations. I don?t really care about the collecting comics for profit and I am not enamored by the feel and smell of paper. Anyone else collect comics or have a preference for digital or paper?

I used to collect comics several years ago, mostly Marvel. I walked away, both because of increase costs and poor editorial decisions. I've been thinking about getting back into comics digitally. I also have a comic store near me but online stores like Comixology now offers better prices and more convenience. I'm tempted to jump back in.
