Had to upgrade my card. It's also sad that I've only had that 520 for a year.
What prompted me to upgrade was that screencasting is HORRIBLE with Win8 apps. So, after getting the card set up (and get my graphic-intensive Steam games' settings up to par: maximum), I screencasted Pac-Man CE DX using Camtasia. It was doing the SAME thing: being all nice and slow. If you have played the game, you know the music goes in time to, well, the time remaining. Can't get it to be sped up in a way where video is as fast as the audio. I need to find a better program, because LiveStream Procaster does the same exact stuff. For the count, I wish not to bother with Fraps. Any suggestions?
