Anyone hear that the likely reason Rose isn't playing is because the Bulls received insurance money because of Rose not playing that they would otherwise would have to give back if he sees the court? Anyone enjoy my classical example of a run-on sentence?

Insurance money? How much? The Bulls aren't desperate for money, are they?

I forget how it all works. I think though it is something around 7 million. Apparently it is very common for all teams to have insurance on their bigger players.

Bulls just beat the heat...Seriously, the Heat should be ashamed for losing to a team missing 3 key players...

Wow, that is quite a significant amount of money. That can be used to pay someone's salary or something.

too darn close was Spurs vs. Warriors last night... I had given up on Spurs and wasn't giving the game my full attention. Then towards the end, the Spurs had a run and tied it up for overtime... #1... Then it went to a double overtime... Finaly the Spurs closed it out, barely... This could be 1 hell of a series and it's anyone's for the win... Go Spurs Go!

BTW, I always hated "Go Spurs Go"... What, you want them to leave our city???

As a Warriors fan, I'd rather they get blown out by 25 than lose like that.

What's the deal with all the Heat hate? Can't possibly be about LeBron, well maybe Laura. Anyway, I think Chicago did themselves a disservice by ******* off Miami. Did anybody see that ridiculous jacket D-Wade had at the post-game newser?

I think Chicago did Miami a favor by beating them in game 1. Now the Heat have their intensity where it needs to be. I'm hoping for another Heat win tonight.

I also don't get the Heat hate. I agree Lebron handled leaving Cleveland poorly and they got carried away with that onstage party, but other than that I don't get it. That team plays great defense and is very unselfish on offense with tremendous ball movement. I understand not liking Miami but I think the hate is a bit overboard.

Pacers looking good! Just need to hold on for the 4th and win the game!

People hate the Heat because of the way they began things. Yeah it was years ago now but people remember it. Also, some don't like the idea of that much talent coming to one team.
