Aside from Samsung it looks like most Android-centric OEMs are struggling at the moment. Motorola is being propped up by Google otherwise they would be in the same boat as HTC at the moment. Sony is also just a bit player at the moment.

Everything I have read about HTC over the years has said the same thing. I am starting to think they are doing it on purpose.
