No. I've seen too many instances where smartphone ended up in the toilet, so I don't use mine at all at that time.

lol I love off topic.

I find myself attached to tech too much for my liking as it is, so I don't usually take it with me to the bathroom. I usually just get business done. I'll take my phone with me only if I am expecting a call, otherwise it can wait.
