Folks...here's the update on freeloader gate:

After 2 months of patient stalking and 2 exterminator trips, I hear the sound of teeth grating on plastic at 1am this morning. I just checked on one of the peanuts butter laced traps I had set and I see brown smear on the inside and a furry brown hump through the top.

Now, I'm gonna shower and get dressed and move it. So the poll question:

1) Do I kill it?
2) Do I take it somewhere and release before going to work?

Option 2 - take it as far away as possible, preferably a field.

Option 2 - take it as far away as possible, preferably a field.

Just ensure that you're place is fully sealed now.

There is a park I could take this damn critter too and let it go there. That's the best I could do. That's about a 5 minute drive/10-15 minute walk from the complex. I've got a full day today and if it doesn't get done this morning, he'll either either eat through the plastic and get out or died of starvation until I have time to do this again next Monday.
