As for cake - my favourite is a blondie.

If you don't know what a blondie is just think of a brownie except its made with white chocolate

That's true. Personally I don't believe that competition within the lab is such a great thing, but I hear a lot of stories about that.

I don't know much myself I've just heard things are different in many ways. Competition, time required, etc.

Haven't tried or made that. My wife would probably like that over a chocolate brownie. I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate as I find it too sweet.

Normally that happens on birthdays.
