If I knew how I bring myself to go for a run 3 times a week for at least an hour, in every weather condition, even when my motivation is non-existent and I don't feel very well, and doing this constantly for years after losing 25 kg, then I would write a book and become very rich and famous.

its all relative. If BP is HYPER at the time, then you have to be hyper on RedBull to pass him as top poster ;-)
