My bacteria grew too slowly, no I don't know if I can make it to an other apero in time. For this one I was even invited personally. I need the free food! ;-)

Caulobacter crescentus and I fed them PYE, the standard medium supplemented with the appropriate antibiotic. They just grow slowly and I started the culture yesterday too late. But I was busy in the afternoon, after all it was Sunday.

Oh, they are aerobes. I played with more anaerobes in my microbiology course.

Looks like it is official - my ex is not my ex anymore as we're now dating again. Fingers are crossed to see how things work out going forward.

Off to fold clothes and finish this paper. Be back in a few hours.

It's quite possible that this could happen. Depends if BP and martinmc78 are up for talking today. I can't do it myself.

I wonder what the optimal temperature is for growth of the thread.

When i started using the forum name LMZR, i just randomly thought of 4 letters and well, i've stuck with LMZR.

Maybe I should ask EA and other game makers to add a gun named "LMZR" in their next game.

SO everytime I win, I can say "I won using a LMZR"!
