Re: WPC 20K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Morning. Still dark out.

Good Morning Mr LaRue. I just went for a run, this time I took a light with me, only for the tunnel ;-) (Mostly because I don't want to stumble over something, sometimes people leave trash there...)

But I realized something quite fascinating and a little worrying at the same time. In my old town I often went for a run while it was still dark, and there in the forest I really needed a light, as it was so dark I couldn't see anything. Now near Basel, there is so much light smog that I really don't need a light at all. Except for the tunnel of course.

Whenever I think of Chregu, I can imagine only 1 thing.

A small sack and some coffee beans in it kept on a table in such a tilted manner that the beans are on the table.
OR, An alternative image is,
A dealer (at a casino) making a long line of cards in a few seconds, laying the cards if thats the right word.

I know its random, but he's also a random soul like me.

I have exactly two beans in my sack.

...yes, I could say it's too early for such a joke, but I think it's always too early for jokes like this.

It wasn't a joke mate, I have a random image assigned for every username in my head, that way its easy to identify them.

I can alter your image to someone staring at the window from a lab and suddenly looking at his computer resuming work :p, I can do that, have to write a biometric genetically modified programmed code and instruct my brain to identify you with that image :)

Relax amigo, we are all having fun here.

I think of petri dishes, agar and crystal violet.

I was making a joke. Maybe I just watched too much Craig Ferguson that I thought of it. He likes jokes involving his sack ;-)

You were going to gift me a Lumia 1020 today, 64GB, factory unlocked, brand new, white colored.
What about that?

Didn't you write exactly the same yesterday as a response to someone else? Speaking about originality...

The guy (konami) told me that it was sent over to you (Chregu) via DHL Overnight Shipping yesterday the moment I enquired.

The 'someone else' was a Konami guy named Shinigami910, with a Japanese username, but not from Japan.

So where's it :D?

Laura I've sent a box of cakes at your place via Fedex Helicopter, come to the roof and wave so they can spot you, else they return, hurry!

Re: WPC 20K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

I was having lots of fun running legacy Windows OSs in virtual machines a couple days ago. Windows ME is a serious memory hog, for sure... Windows XP was great, gave me lots of nostalgia

Btw, it seems as if Windows ME was more dumb-proof than Windows XP. I tried deleting the system DLLs and more through Windows Explorer, strangely it didn't work in ME, but XP was all like, "Sure, delete the drivers while I'm still running. Let's play a game of..."

Thankfully I skipped ME.

What was fun was running 98 in a VM a couple years ago when I was in school. I took a DOS class, and we used 98 for the class.
