Do you think the 8X I should get tomorrow will be running GDR3? It is a T-Mo HTC 8X...

maybe, maybe not. t-mo rolled out Update 2 the slowest of the big 3 that carried it, so they may have done the same thing again. really wish you had gotten the AT&T one if you were stuck with a US carrier variant. Price you paid sounded about right though...

They do make routers. Their "revolution" in the way we use our wifi is their Time Capsule.

Of course once Apple revolutionizes something they will figure out how to charge you 10X! Normal router = $30, Time Capsule = $300

So far in using Black on my 920...it feels like my 8X. Camera seems improved, but I've only taken a text shot. Good to have both devices up to date...

For normal speeds, yes. But not when you need 40mbps down and 5mbps up, and things plugged into it that slow the speeds, it needs to be ultra performing.

I bought a router here in Ireland for 40 euro and it downloads my full 120 down and 12 up no problem

I also forgot. I needed my router to be dual-band, and preferable to be 802.11ac, and have a lot of range and bandwidth.

We have two people streaming media at the same time and still don't have any problems with my cheap router!
