over what? the regulars here know 98% of my posts here are via the WPC app.

Same here, though my percentage is more like 70 / 30. More via the app and less via the 'puter.

Here's hoping this year I will purchase my very first Windows Phone device and it will be a 925, or if a 4.7 - 5.0 Lumia (not the 929) with the same Lumia 925 design comes out, you know like the 1520 specs; am all over it. I have a BB 9650 and its time for me to get something more modern and I don't want any android or ios devices am a windows guy. Big Lumia 925 Fan and hopefully soon a new Windows Phone user

Microsoft needs to start selling the entire Nokia range carrier free the day their merger closes. This IMHO is their ticket to growing market share in the USA.

They cannot and will not do so to start...they've got to to pacific the carriers, especially AT&T first...

I don't like carrier variants, because they're basically advertisements, i don't get why with the 820, instead of having the 810 and 822, just have the 820 with different bands.

So here is the interesting deal, you can buy a contract free 925 for ATT for 430 on MSFT store but the 925 for T-Mo is 504. I wonder if you can buy the ATT one outright and get ATT to unlock it since you paid full price and then use it on T-Mo?

I bet you can ..just no lte but I would wait till T-Mobile rolls out their 700mhz band to buy a new T-Mobile phone
