So the GF and I went to a certain Texas steakhouse for my birthday dinner, after the seafood restaurant we wanted to go to was closing early. The food was good - she has salmon to eat and I had a nice steak. There was a dessert that for the first time since we've been seeing each other that we were unable to finish. I'll post the picture of it tomorrow...

By the time you're due for an upgrade, the WP version of the One may get announced. And you still think Android is cluttered. And you just like the missing features only from Android.

I'm just listing stuff you've previously said...

I am not due for an upgrade, I buy a phone as soon as I feel like it ;-)

Hey MASFisMIA how was your birthday?

It was really good. The weather held up nicely in AC. The GF and I went shopping at the factory outlets and got some good deals. We did dinner both nights, hit up the casinos the first night, and got some "our time" in. All in all, too short but still pretty good...

Personally, I'm looking forward to reading reviews about the M8. I think they should just call it the HTC One (2014) and keep it simple with the naming scheme but change the years. I don't think I'll buy one, but I'll look at it. I like last year's model too, save for the camera of course.

Please give me a few good reasons why I shouldn't think about buying the HTC One 8M. I like this phone very much based on the leaks.

It made out of metal and might get cold.

I know. But my points are still the same..

I know, I know. However, I believe in a WP One when I see it. I still think HTC is struggling enough that they shouldn't invest too much into an OS with little market share and an incredible dominance of Nokia. Also I don't think they would invest as much resources a Nokia did to implement a special camera, and this is one of the features I like of the M8.

So it would probably be a 2013 One running WP anyway...

But you're right, I'm impressed by what I have seen of the One, even though it's basically the One before, which already impressed me (why is anybody buying a Galaxy S4 when there's a HTC One? I don't understand it). But I most likely won't buy an Android phone.

Me and SONY didn't work out actually it was me and android I hated it ruin a great SONY device not having WP.
