Can you update someone to 8.1, then unenroll them, and able to install it on another device?

I don't know, I think MSFT remembers each time you download the app on which device. So after three downloads per Developer account you are done. This is for the free account. I guess if you pay $19 the count might be different.

I paid for the developer account I think it up to 8 devices you can have.

I love the 3rd column and background on start screen! I felt like I wouldn't, but I do now.

No 3rd column on the 810 unfortunately:-( I really like the transparent background, I was very skeptical at first but I like the black and white theme I have on my 810.
