You're at work. You go out for a big lunch (maybe in the US this is normal so assume 'bigger' lunch) and when you get back the last thing you feel like doing is working.

I have had a coffee break with my girlfriend in the sun. It was nice.

She works in the same building as I do, so coffee breaks together are not that difficult to manage.
