I hate when Monday mornings are a zoo...navigating senior management incompetence, coworker laziness and absence, and patients being difficult.

Makes me yearn for being on a beach with a Guinness and a view, or being a program director coming in to see away inefficiency...

I'm trained to deal with difficult patients and problems. It's all the bull**** that's never helpful.

They're books on evolution written by scientists for people who don't understand evolution. However, you still need to want to learn otherwise its pointless.
