that seems more like a 620 successor if it used a SD 400 o.o.... and the the 635 is more the 520/521 successor.... wait didn't someone mention this before o.o?

I completely dislike the numbering system for naming. Personally I think they should dump it and start fresh.

I don't see that happening though. :/

Anything but numbers. Use the year of release as the revision.

Having names would be better marketing and less confusing.

Then reducing the amount of phones they put out would be the next thing.

Yes I gathered but you're suggesting eating beef to a Hindu.

I'm not entirely sure how serious 99 takes his beliefs but that's not exactly the most PC thing you could have said.

Well I'm at the point of needing a new phone and there's not much around that I like. The 1+1 is a good price for the phone and it's attractive so it's not a downgrade in my eyes. I'm just not sure as I can't see one physically to know if I like it.

Find out if someone over at AC is close to you in UK and check it out. It is actually a slightly grown up version of a N5, MIA will attest to it.

He's gotten a review from me about it and seen pictures. I under the importance of feel in hand, but he's is Hemming and Hawing like Hem and Haw in "Who Moved My Cheese". Sahib, that's a book you SHOULD read.

All jokes aside I hope he gets to try one in person. It's not like you couldn't sell it for him if he didn't like it...

Well there's also the question of convincing the wife! However I have pointed out that my phone battery is pretty crap and I need a new phone now.

I'll make it an early xmas present. Not that we celebrate that anyway.
