Re: WC 100K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

I know it maybe a little early for this, but does anyone make and or keep their New Year's resolutions?

I don't I usually bother with them. This year will be similar other than my personal desire to have a better health year than last year.

My exercise bike that I do in the morning is proving to be good. I can actually run for a train and not get to out of breath. It's a start.

Some pics. It was difficult getting these shots. Two were out a window.

Those mountains do look blue
sent from my rare nokia lumia 810
That's because I was over 30,000 feet in the air. Even my wife's 820 came out blueish.

Actually if you look out the window it was blue, blue sky etc. Such is life when you live on a globe.

Not quite but as close as I'm likely to get.

When you fly very long distances you get up to 60,000+ feet.

Anyway. Hope to have some more pictures tomorrow. Not sure what we're doing.

Re: WC 100K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Work day is slowly dragging to an end. I'm hopeful my barber is still open after I leave work (they're Russian Jews, so should be) so I can get a quick shape up...the GF and I are going to one of her friends tomorrow for Xmas dinner so I don't want to look too messy.

Posting 1+1 Style!

Wow.. how aggravating it is when you type up a whole paragraph size post on your Windows Phone in IE, then accidentally swipe to the left, going back to the previous page, and lose everything! errrghh...

Re: WC 100K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

So the girlfriend has been hearing me talk about "getting back into the Apple ecosystem" in addition to my Windows ecosystem. Yeah, don't get me wrong, I'm not going anywhere, nor am I "switching" or anything like that! But she's heard me say that I'd like to expand my knowledge and open up to these other platforms, (Keep in mind, I came from 4 generations of iPhones before switching to WP) and that I was thinking about picking up an iPhone 6 Plus... and eventually even getting an Android device.

Well much to my surprise, tonight she gave me an early Christmas present; a brand new Silver Apple iPad Air 2 64GB!!! I am still totally shocked... She's such a smart girl, I told her, this makes perfect sense! I already HAVE a phone (my 1520 which handles all my "phone" needs quite well... not to mention my camera needs)), and since I recently sold my Surface 2, this fills that "tablet gap" very nicely! I can now enjoy all those apps, iMessage her and all my other "iFriends", and patiently wait it out now, for the Windows 10 next gen flagship phone, and the next Surface (4?).

I'm good to go... and this thing is pretty nice too! Incredibly thin!
