Keeping Location Services on doesn't mean that it accessing your location all the time. Just that its allowed to.
It battery drainage is negligible.
But maybe Cortana accesses location all the time like a GPS so maybe that's why location services cause battery drainage then.

Doesn't location services look for your la took once every hour ? It's something I noticed

One day you'll get there.... I flew on a plane the first time when I was 23 and now I probably have over a million flown miles

man car jackers are getting better. just last night a group of people store a car out of the parking lot. since the car has a loud exhaust they pushed the car far away from the street and turned it on....

Not that I've heard. But I haven't looked at the news from yesterday.

Also I wouldn't be surprised that we won't hear of any until W10 is released.
