It's 3am. Just got home from London. It's way past my bedtime!

I should point out that's how long it took me to get home just after the fireworks. So from about 12:30am.

Was crazy the amount of people.

We we're about 1/2 mile from the station but due to the crowd control we walked more than two miles in a big circle. Then got squeezed a bit in sections. This took until 1:45am to get to the station.

Not the most fun thing to do after standing for over an hour.

The trains of course were inadequate. We took a longer journey home so we could get a seat. People ran for the trains. Was totally mental.

Other than that was good.

I'm currently in that state when everything is coming back to my head.
Had a nice time with some girl i met for the first time. You know i like a girl when she sings Fear of the dark the whole New Year's Eve.

Iron Maiden? Funny. I saw them when that album got released. I think that was the last of their concerts I went to.

My night is already posted. London, fireworks, home. Nothing too exciting.

Had quite a few fireworks (all illegal) behind our house last night.
Spent the evening catching up on the last 007 movie...

I found New York less painful. Maybe because I was staying in Manhattan though.

The scary part in New York was the crowd crush at the end with everyone wanting to leave. We had to jump a barrier to get out.
