Well Sahib, Seattle lost. They lost a week early than i thought they would have, but they lost. I'm 2 of 3 so far this week. Now comes the big one...need the Steelers to pull the upset.

Sahib doesn't. I do, but not with bookies. Just very informal things with a few friends. And the occasional trio to the casino with the GF to play the slot machines.

Well, you don't have to know all stats and team standings. There are ways to place bets and win them without much of a knowledge. Though that wouldn't make you any signficiant amount of money, you could still take at least 30-40$.

Well, you don't have to know all stats and team standings. There are ways to place bets and win them without much of a knowledge. Though that wouldn't make you any signficiant amount of money, you could still take at least 30-40$.

I suck at those things I'll stick to watching to the games haha

I haven't been to a casino in some time. Last place I went to was in Brisbane. That was at least 8 years ago (possibly more). I typically don't enjoy it when I do go. I get bored fairly quick.

Knowing that the casino (house) is set to win 90% of the time doesn't help.

When I have gone in the past it was I just considered it entertainment and spent like it was just that. Go in with an amount you want to spend and then leave when it's gone. If you win a good amount leave at that point. You'll regret it otherwise.

The word to describe yourself is smart!. Others might use the word cheap or cheapskate.

I have to admit getting the Wordflow keyboard on my Z3 would be great. So long as it works the same as it did on the L920. My wife will be pleased as well as she hates all the corrections. Saying that she's been using voice to text with Google keyboard at home and it's very good.

Cheap is the word i was looking for.

Well you could say smart. When i was in Zagreb 10 days ago i was looking to buy myself some shirts and sweathers, but ended up buying nothing.
So my cousins were almost mad at me for buying nothing, and saying that i was cheap. In reality, i didn't buy anything cause i simply didn't like any of the stuff. You really couldn't tell if those sweathers were for women or for men. And that kind of stuff i won't buy.

As far gambling concerned, i bet in bookies from time to time, mostly on football, rarelly on NBA.
Other leagues are starting soon so i'll have something other than Premier league to bet on.

I drink rarely. Once a month or more. I wasn't too wild when I was younger but I did drink more often.

I haven't tried it. I've never been a beer fan and now I can't really drink beer as it doesn't agree with me.

So it's wine, cider or liqueur for me.

Other leagues are starting soon so i'll have something other than Premier league to bet on.

I can agree with the shopping thing. I don't buy things unless I like them. I've had times where I just have to leave a place because I find everything ugly. I find the shopping culture these days a bit weird. People buy new things just because, it's a weekly thing now. It's so wasteful. I prefer to buy quality things and keep them for some time. That's not to say I haven't bought something on the spur of the moment but I typically go with a purpose when I shop.

I've got relatives who buy clothes even they don't like it at all. But they get it cause that's the current fashion.

Then you're like my grandfather when it comes to lottery. There's a show 'TV Bingo' he plays every friday. Whenever i go outside our town i have to get him at least one ticket.
But he's a bit more extrem i think.
