Sounds like fun.

Haven't done any of that complex maths in years.

You do need to remember the basics and more importantly remember what the maths is for.

It's easy to get caught up in the complexity of it all and lose sight of why you're doing it.

Most of the engineers I've talked to said pretty much the same. Most of the maths stuff they did is either not that helpful, or not needed at all. Only a small portion of it is what you really need. Like differential equations for example, and maybe complex numbers.

Don't beat yourself up. You had a very severe illness, and needed to recover. I am sure that you will do better in college now that you are feeling better.

Thanks Laura. I hope so. It was a nasty period for me, but no matter what parents can be tough sometimes, can't blame them though.

It's been 5 days since I'm just sitting in this dorm room, waiting for exam results. The worst thing is that I can't actually blame professor for it, since there are 600+ students on the subject. Where at least 200 of them listening it for second, or even third time.

Ya..
It's a DOSH requirement for our operating centres to have a number staff to be competent first-aider.

There will be both a practical and a theory exam too. It has been ages since I last sat for any sort of exam....

I just restarted the hobby. The price of the kits is unbelievably expensive.. sort of like a Mars bar that cost $1 would be $50 now... but the quality and details of those 1/48 & 1/32 is quite astonishing.

Wait what, 3rd time? You only have one extra year and 5 trys, 3 od them are free and 2 of them are paid. If you fail 5 times you are kicked out of the college
