Re: WC 150K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Bought some Crocs I was using for daily wear and they were murder on my knees. I was in denial until after back to back grueling weeks of being out in the community, my knees started yelling at me to do something.

I switched over to some running shoes all of last week and the discomfort dropped by 90%. I'll still wear those Crocs but in very limited use. Let's see how long these running shoes hold up as I'm notoriously tough on shoes.
I have a couple of pairs of Crocs I use around the house. I only use them for a bit because they're not that comfortable.

I think Crocs are overrated personally.

As too many Apple fans have told me... They're worth it because they just work...

I guess...

I have to say Windows is a bit of a pain lately but on the whole behaving itself.

No they don't just work.
They are a PITA quite frequently.
My Windows machines are behaving really well. I fired up my SP3 after almost 4 months and in about 30 minutes it had fully updated itself and is running fine. I am going to turn it into a 'Type to Learn' machine for my kid.

That's such a great idea.

Hey guys!

Got my new hood painted and installed! It came out so much better than I ever even imagined!

Here she is before, with the stock hood:

My French is not that great either. The main issue is when people speak too fast. I have some understanding but it's like a new English speaker trying to follow a conversation with two English speakers.

It's interesting when you think about it. The English language is complicated. We just don't see it that way.

There's a lot of French words in English they're just pronounced differently.
English is a headache and anytime this "canard trop cuit dans une sauce a l'orange dans la Maison Blanche" (Mr. Clue's friend, for those who want the easy translation) uses it, I'm reminded of how ****ed we are - linguistically and otherwise.

I don't know a lick of French but my Spanish tells me you made a reference to your buddy in la Casa Blanca.

I did. And if you're curious, use the translate to get a tickle.

Gotta have a laugh while I don't need to be license and registration to do so.

I know the OEM scoops are supposed to look like the ones from 1972 but that aftermarket one you got just screams badass.

This is not an aftermarket hood. It's a 2018+ factory Mopar hood. I ordered it through the Dodge dealer. It's the new style hood that comes on the 2018-2019 Challenger R/T Scat Pack and SRT 392. Also available on the Hellcat.

No s**t! Mopar is making some nice stuff. It's amazing what the factories are pumping out now, it wasn't this nice just a few years ago. Hence the rise of the aftermarket.

Yes sir! You should see the factory performance accessory catalogue for the 2015+ challengers, they have everything! I guess Mopar wanted “in” on the performance/upgrade/customization market.

Factory Mopar Lowering springs are next on my list!

Edit: here’s the Mopar cold air intake that I also purchased from the dealer.
