Now keep in mind this is an external company doing this. Which means the company I'm working for is probably paying a lot of money for. On top of that my coworker couldn't work for two days.

This is easily more expensive than updating AutoCAD like we suggested and buying a new video card if required.

Yeah I saw that... It's not really surprising. Especially in Alabama.

I like that idea that it's in 'honour' of patriotism... Except for the flag (maybe), nothing else is patriotic.

The founding fathers must be rolling in their graves.

If they are then someone should let them out... That means they're alive....

The Constitution had labeled me as 3/5 human - forgive my lack of surprise and expect my cynicism to be at its usual high levels. I bet you if I walked into that store to buy a car, they wouldn't sell me one - or give me a Bible instead of a gun. Assuming they'd let me walk in the door, of course.

There are still some parts of this country I dare not go see. The founding fathers aren't rolling in their grave - they're just fine being dead.

They HAD to write a good document, as they mooned pre-sanitation style and threw up two middle fingers at the UK monarchy during the war of independence.

They wrote it so well some of us who were excluded are still getting screwed so effectively nearly 250 years later.

Auto - 2.2MB

Yeah that's going to need a large amount of space for RAW!

That's why people had the WTF moment when HMD out only 128GB in the 9 Pureview. I wish they had gone for 256GB and the SD855 for $900.

Our manger got involved.

It turned out the IT guy closed the ticket so that's why nothing was done all day.

So someone finally turned up to take his computer just as I was leaving for the day....

That IT guy needs a talking to.

Not only that but whoever messed with his computer needs retraining.

What waste of a few days.

That's probably cost the company and few thousand in lost time and expresses.

Nothing will happen of course.
